Love2Learn and Social Minds currently have a fantastic opportunity in a Digital Marketing / Social Media Content Creator role based at our centre in Camden. This casual role supports our owner director with all things ‘social and digital marketing’.

As our business is growing and opening another centre in Gregory Hills in April, we are looking for someone passionate, innovative, fun and creative to join our team to help us bring our marketing to life.

We must find someone who has excellent attention to detail and can come up with memorable, impactful and standout social posts to help raise our business’s online presence to all of our current families and the local community.

**Do you possess the following qualities?**

You’re a natural on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and LinkedIn;
You have experience with Planoly or other scheduling platforms, complemented by current knowledge of social media trends;
You are a strong communicator and writer
- you can come up with great captions to accommodate social media posts

You're passionate about branding, marketing/promotions and social media;
You're confident with graphic design, photography and video editing.

You have experience in WordPress website management.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**:

- Management of Social Minds and Love2Learn’s Facebook and Instagram
- Interact with users and respond to DM's, questions, and comments.
- Build and maintain a solid social presence and community management.
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Generate content via canvas or an appropriate platform
- Creating Facebook Ads using images and videos provided
- Monitor and review analytics and industry trends and create reports on key metrics.

**What we need from you**
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields is highly regarded.
- Graphic design experience is essential, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
- Excellent oral and social listening skills.
- Strong copy-editing skills.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Camden, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
