**About the role**

The incumbent is accountable to the Director Safety & Quality reporting to the Manager Patient Safety for the provision of confidential administrative and project support to the Safety & Quality unit ensuring highly organised, effective and efficient project and administrative support.

The incumbent coordinates the administration support including confidential correspondence, managing relevant accreditation and business/quality reports, coordinating clerical assistance to committees as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
