**The position**
- Operate and monitor refinery processes and raw materials
- Start up and shut down processes of the refinery and pretreatment operations
- Forklift operations
- Interpret process trends, optimize operation performance, troubleshooting and mitigating foreseen issues
- Complete paperwork, data entry and records

**Your skills and experience**
- Proficient in Maths and English
- Mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- First Aid Certificate

**Desired skills and experiences**
- Familiar with high pressure and high temperature operations, understanding of mechanical equipment, for example, heat exchangers, pumping arrangements, distillation, and tank farm management
- Experience in handling chemicals
- Boiler licence
- Forklift License
- Qualification in the mechanical field
