We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will work closely with clients/sales consultants/designers to translate their ideas and concepts into technical drawings and plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Collaborating with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Incorporating changes and revisions into existing drawings as needed.
- Ensuring that drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assisting in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Conducting site visits and surveys as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
- Must reside locally [insert location].

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
