**What You Will Be Doing**

As Volume TA Lead, you will be based in our Sydney Head Offices reporting to the Head of TA and working in a team of 8 Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruitment Marketing Specialist. You will be joining a team who support each other and embrace opportunities for growth & innovation

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their volume & geographical requirements
- Coordinating and scheduling face to face interviews with hiring managers
- Providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices
- Using different technologies to maximise efficiency
- Staying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscape

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised as you juggle multiple roles and hiring managers.

**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within the volume space
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in your recruitment approach
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box with creative recruitment strategies
- Experience using HR/Recruitment systems
