Based in Parkville minutes away from tram stops and stunning parklands this accounting and advisory firm is looking for a bubbly, well spoken, detail - oriented and focused individual that will hit the ground running and willing to go that extra mile.

Now looking for a standout ASIC manager to join their stellar team, who also has had exposure in a similar position understanding end to end ASIC corporate secretary requirements. This business appreciates their employees by providing constant support and encouragement and lots of room for growth internally in their business.

**_The Role_**
- The key responsibilities of this role include:_
- Ability to use BGL or similar software such as NowInfinity
- ASIC correspondence including annual company reviews, change of shareholders, addresses or deregistrations
- Managing other daily administration requirements when required
- Strong understanding of ASIC laws and regulations and their yearly updates
- Creating long lasting relationships with clients and fellow team members
- Company and Trust Establishments (Including ATO registration)
- To be effective in the role you will:_
- Proactive, organised individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Approaches work with maturity and professionalism
- Able to work independently and as apart of the wider business
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with
- Eye for detail
- Ability to create long lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Determined individual who is willing to go that extra mile when required
