**Company Description** Kieser is excited to announce the opening of a new clinic in Kingston in May 2024.**

Building on the success of our 26 current locations across Australia, the team are excited to bring our services to the ACT.

Kieser Australia is a network of integrated physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength training centres predicated on the concept and the core principle of “Strength for Health”.

As such we seek Client Advisors who are excited about this new opportunity and those who would be willing to join our foundation team.

The new site is an impressive 700 sqm split over 2 levels with large glass windows and will no doubt be a busy and successful opening. Training for this role will commence in April 2024.

Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service. We’re energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing people with exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills. We have an A+ attitude, an eye for detail and are the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and colleagues.

**As a Client Advisor you will**:

- Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments)
- Promote Kieser’s services
- Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Be proactive and a team player

We are looking for someone who thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a high-performing team, that is interested in healthcare and living an active lifestyle.
**Qualifications**
- Essential: Year 12 graduate, tertiary education preferred.
- Essential: Experience using software systems and computers
- Preferred: Experience processing card payments & cash handling
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service, hosting or reception
- Preferred: Experience in medical, allied health or front of house hospitality environments

**Additional Information**
- Ongoing role
- Client Advisor shift times** **in clinic are between between Mon-Fri 7.30am - 8pm and Saturdays from 8am-1pm
- Salary is aligned to tiers in the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 - position begins at Level 3
