**The position**
We are looking for an Experienced Medical Receptionist for immediate start to assist with the administrative duties of the reception desk at our specialist clinic in Miranda.

**Responsibilities**
- Attend the front desk - includes checking in patients, make appointments, invoice and receive payments (including Eclipse claims), hospital billing.
- General administrative tasks - scanning and filing, confirming appointments.
- Manage appointment book and co-ordinate appointments effectively.
- Assist with the basic management of the clinic and provide support to the other receptionists.

**Skills and experience**
We are seeking an Experienced Medical Receptionist who will embrace our core values:

You will be dedicated, friendly, and possess highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to multitask. It is important you are able to treat our patients with empathy and show compassion towards them.
- Experience in similar role an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Experience with medical practice software an advantage
- Experience working with Eclipse claims an advantage.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MIRANDA, NSW 2228: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
