NUV Petroleum is a multi-site operator with over 50 locations across Australia, mainly focused on delivering quality fuel and customer service with high quality standards. Our fuel stations offer fresh food options, barista-style coffee, and a retail space with a wide range of convenience items.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Store Manager (Fuel Station & Convenience Store)** to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Store Manager will strive to achieve the company's revenue targets by encouraging, motivating, and guiding a team of service attendants to increase customer satisfaction levels and generate sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Recruit and train staff and ensure all team members undergo required training and checks
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements and maintain consistent adherence to safety plans
- Work closely with the operations manager to implement cost management strategies and planned, effective rostering to adhere to store budgets
- Oversee the smooth and effective running of every part of the business, including stock management and ordering, maintenance of fuel pumps, monitoring the costs of items, and completing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting
- Determine and address ongoing inefficiencies and other challenges pertaining to customer service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Upholding promotional guidelines and supplier standards by frequently revising stock layout and promotional materials
- Additional store manager duties as needed

- Ability to use Microsoft Office for maintaining reports

- People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

- Langwarrin
- Inglewood
- Cowes, Phillip Island

Select locations include accommodation on site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
