A service coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of services to clients or customers. They act as a central point of contact, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery run smoothly and meet the needs of the clients.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and
couriers when they enter the office.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a
timely fashion. When answering the phone,
you must at a minimum state the company
name and your first name.
- Complete EOD checklist
- Complete EOM checklist
- Efficiently scheduling service calls for
technicians.
- Assist with ordering spare parts from
suppliers when required and ensure they
are here for the technician in time for their
job. Check item is not in stock before
ordering
- Update task notes in AroFlo when certain
things are done, E.G ordered parts,
confirmed the booking or any relevant
internal notes
- Ensure all jobs for the following day are in a
“not started” status with correct checklists.
Correctly sign in all service deliveries and file
delivery slips
- Ensure quotes which are not accepted are
set as rejected with correct sub-status.

**AROFLO**
Sound knowledge of AroFlo and its functionality. Understanding on how to close off jobs, issue PO’s & WO’s. Sign in parts, allocate parts from stock, assign to apprentices, Clear /updated task notes, raise overheads & ad hoc etc. Good understanding of job run efficiency and minimise. downtime on the schedules.
