Assistant Property Manager

Currently we are seeking the services of a person who enjoys working in a team environment, has well developed people skills and welcomes the challenge of taking on the responsibility of all that is required of a Property Manager.

Your role will be that of assisting the Senior Property Manager who currently has a portfolio of approximately 200 properties over few complexes. It is envisaged initially your will be required to be available for a minimum 3 days per week.

If you have a positive can do attitude and wish to be part of a growing organization, then a role in our Property Management office could be right for you.
Applicant Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
Great computer skills & an ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of PME Property Management Software preferred.
Work efficiently with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Strong client / customer focus.

Experience & Skill
Minimum 1 year Property Managment experience
Familiar with Property Me will be preferrable but not essential
