**Position Description**

Clinical (Education Workshops / 1:1 Sessions / Talks / Community Engagement): 70%

Business Development: 30%

- Humble in nature and driven to support, coach, mentor and inspire our team to in turn provide great outcomes
- Excited & ready to grow personally & professionally: join the leadership team at interstate conferences - assist in onboarding of new team members

**Clinical Role**: A mix / preference of the following;
1. Dietetic / Nutrition Action Planning & 1:1 Treatment: (Medicare, DVA, Private, NDIS)

2. Groups: (Organizing and Delivering Interactive Education Seminars / Workshops to the Community for Chronic Conditions, Disabled, Athlete Performance, Weight Loss etc.)

3. Assessments: (Conducting Health Checks, Workplace Healthy Workshops,

**Business Development**:
1. Assisting in the growth of the Dietetics Department; Increasing leads, Assisting with Marketing and Promotional Activities, Facilitate Online Facebook Group Coordination & Growth. Assist in pathways for X-Referrals into Exercise physiology; Diabetes Education etc.

- Degree qualified in Dietetics
- Experience in Running Education Workshops / Seminars
- Private practice experience is highly regarded in the following:

- Chronic disease management and EPC care plans
