**What you’ll do
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent building and managing stakeholder relationships, as well as:

- Performing daily transport planning activities in our Transport Management System (TMS)
- Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) target is achieved at all times
- Carry out preliminary Investigations of Carrier and Vendor transport claims
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Transport Planning Manager
- Ensure external and internal stakeholder expectations are met for transport movements
- Communicate daily with replenishment, warehouses, vendors and transport carriers as required
- Generate reports using TMS and other reporting systems
- Monitor and follow up to ensure carriers and suppliers are adhering to Chain of Responsibility (COR) at all timesManage transport planning for multiple lanes simultaneously

**What you’ll bring
- Have exposure to the transport & logistics industry (preferred)
- Be experienced in working in a target driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent systems and computer skillsDemonstrate a high level of customer service
