This is an incredible opportunity to play a key role in providing support and advocacy to the aged care community, and support to other aged care advocates in order to build their capacity and knowledge to be better equipped in responding to their clientele.
- Full-time, 35-hour workweek
- Hybrid Working Arrangements; WFH and in-community
- Geographical Scope in Wollongong/Illawarra
- $90,000 + super + NFP salary packaging benefit

**The Role**
- Support Aged Care Advocates to understand the costs, financial details, and invoices for Home Care Services
- Build Advocates' capacity through creating, delivering and engaging in educational workshops and resources in an online learning setting
- Provide direct support to the aged care community to understand the costs and financial intricacies of Home Care Services and their consumer rights and choices
- Contribute to the community by providing information sessions on topics of Aged Care Services costs, invoicing, and financials

**About You**
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Financial counseling, Accounting, or Banking
- Experience working with vulnerable or aged community
- Interest in empowering people and building their capacity and knowledge, as well as advocating for them
- Ability to work within a team in a supportive, informative way
- Understanding of, or prior experience in creating and delivering educational resources or info sessions to peers and community
- A driver's License and Vehicle are required
- Must be Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 + Flu Vaccination
- Police Check will be required
