**About us**:

**About the role**:
Our client, a national company, is looking for a self motivated individual to join their Canning Vale office through a 38 hours per week (full time) business administration traineeship.

Your role, will be to assist in the administration of a friendly but small and busy office. You will often be the first point of contact for client queries and orders, therefore being able to respond quickly in these situations will be required. Good customer service will be essential.

Some of the daily activities include answering inbound calls, processing sales orders, generating and receipting of invoices, data entry and other general accounts and office duties.

**To be successful for this role you will / will have**:

- A can-do attitude, be reliable and motived to succeed
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Great prioritisation skills, be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Good computer literacy skills
- Experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Be committed to a program of on the job learning and formal training
- Be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a relevant right to work visa.
