Ld Operator

**OVERALL SCOPE**

Samsung SDS is a global ICT company offering various ICT services based on its vast experience and accumulated technological capabilities.

The company is seeking an LD Operator who is self-motivated and Passionate about logistics and supply chain. Reporting to Team Manager, your role will be responsible for the full functionality of LD operations on a hands-on basis.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and share daily dispatch volume with stakeholders.
- Liaise with transport carriers for daily transport planning.
- Responsible for providing transport volume data to carriers for planning purposes.
- Providing status updates on regular basis using Microsoft Office.
- Delivery booking with time critical customers.
- Audit CBM data to ensure correct vehicle type used for deliveries.
- Transport booking and dispatch follow up.
- Responsible for transport planning and manifest for outbound team to conduct picking.
- Monitoring and accurately releasing delivery order
- Transport booking record to be kept with master file.

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Experience in Warehouse Operations and/or in a logistics network environment is desirable but not essential
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Proven communication skill with highly developed problem-solving skills

- Highly responsible and reliable
- Report writing skills are essential

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
