Our client located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join their online marketing and sales team currently going through exciting growth.

Your new role will be to lead and develop the organisations digital marketing strategy and its digital calendar. To lead strategic and operational marketing and online eCommerce management including creative development and execution of marketing activities. You will be an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.

**Your new role**:

- Lead the day-to-day management of the website, working very closely with a motivated Marketing team
- To work with the marketing and category team on the delivery of 3rd party campaigns each week / month.
- Delivery of monthly campaigns and landing pages.
- Manage the product ranging and merchandising.
- Develop the merchandising strategy.
- To manage agencies to deliver all development tickets and projects on time and on budget.
- Manage the tech stack and optimise each extension to deliver the best possible value and customer experience.
- To collaborate with the Head of Marketing on the strategic direction of the store.
- Provide support to stores and customer service on all website sales
- Driving growth of services and other business opportunities
- To lead the day-to-day management of the CRM database.
- To build and grow a loyalty program in-store and online.
- To work with the Head of Marketing on the strategic direction of the CRM
- Work with the Head of Marketing & agency on the strategic planning of the e-commerce business.
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing/Digital Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Strong demonstrated experience in setting and executing marketing strategy through innovation, creativity, and practical, on-time execution.
- 2+ years of Magento / Adobe Commerce e-commerce management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data
- Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
- A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally with a background in Retail.
- People leadership and management experience
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Pronto and Magento highly regarded
