As we commence the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently looking for a Store Setup and Support Manager to join us in this critical role.**About the Role**
- This role sits within our Store Operations & Support department, which works with established and new stores to enhance their retail operations and overall retail performance.- As Store Setup and Support Manager, you will be a key contributor in the successful opening of new (and refurbished) stores throughout Australia. Working in collaboration with the Store Development Team, you will be directly responsible for the physical setup of brand-new stores, along with the delivery of relays, relocation and expansion projects for existing stores.- Reporting directly to Store Operations & Support Senior Manager, this role will have a base at our head office in Preston but will require regular inter and intra-state travel to visit and inspect project sites.- More specifically, the responsibilities of this role will include:
- Managing new Store Setups, Relays, Relocations, and expansion projects for the CW Retail Group across the entire project lifecycle - from design brief, tender, project planning, execution on site, through to final handover.
- Taking responsibility for the overall success of projects, including standards of performance, technical quality, cost, and safety.
- Overseeing quality control of subcontractors' working within the CW Retail standards.
- Utilising effective project governance processes and systems throughout the delivery of all projects
- Managing the flow of project information between internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Carrying out site inspections (interstate travel will be required)

**About you**
- To be considered for this role, you will need 5+ years’ experience working in project management for retail constructions and/or store fit outs with significant experience and knowledge of project management concepts.- In addition, the successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the following:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work proactively as part of a committed team
- Proactive and professional communication style - both written and verbal
- A positive and resilient mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Strong organisational skills and detail orientation
- A Working knowledge of MS Project and the MS Office suite of products
- Experience leading a team to success
- The successful applicant will also be required to return a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome._
