**Responsibilities**:

- Assist & shadow senior certifiers in conducting inspections and evaluations of construction projects to ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and technical recommendations related to building certification and compliance.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide guidance and resolve any compliance issues that may arise during the certification process.
- Keep abreast of industry updates, changes in regulations, and emerging trends in building certification and construction to ensure up-to-date knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous exposure or experience in the commercial or construction industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards professional development.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
