We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Art and Craft Teacher to join our team and teach children aged 3 to 8.

As our Art and Craft Teacher, you will:

- Design and deliver fun, age-appropriate art and craft activities for children aged 3 to 8.
- Encourage creativity and self-expression in children through various art forms, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
- Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel excited to explore their creativity.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of children with different abilities, including neurotypical and neurodiverse children.
- Work collaboratively with our team of therapists and educators to create a well-rounded experience for students.
- Ensure that all materials and workspaces are safe, clean, and organized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver weekly art classes with a focus on creativity, fun, and learning.
- Foster children's fine motor skills and confidence in artistic expression.
- Provide feedback to parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
- Support children in exploring new techniques and materials.
- Ensure that all activities are suitable for the age group and meet child safety standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passionate, creative, and energetic individual who loves working with children.
- Previous experience teaching art and craft to children (ages 3-8) is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of child development and how to engage children in learning through creative activities.
- Flexibility to adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
