We are looking for a Paint Prepper to join our Welshpool warehouse and work Monday to Friday 6am-2.06pm with the occasional requirement for overtime.

This full-time vacancy will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, where your duties will include:

- Sanding and masking canopy and bulbar components.
- Paint preparation to ARB quality standards.
- Housekeeping to 5s standards.
- Quality control with strict adherence to SOP’s.
- Assisting in other areas of canopy if required which may include assembly/build line.

**To be successful you must meet the following requirements**:

- Knowledge/experience in hand/air and power tools.
- Panel Beating preparation experience preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- High attention to detail.
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team.

This is a role that has potential for progression in various areas of the manufacturing team including spray painter pathways once probation is successful.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
