Our client is looking for an established asphalt team members to bring their experience and knowledge to a close knit team.

**Client Details**

Our client provides pavement surfacing solutions to deliver end-to-end value in the management of road networks. We manufacture an extensive range of blended bitumen products and asphalt and deliver services including asphalt laying and bespoke surfacing.

**Description**
- ** Screed Hand**:

- Assist in the preparation and installation of asphalt pavement.
- Operate and maintain the screed equipment.
- Ensure proper asphalt thickness and smoothness during paving.
- Collaborate with the paving crew to achieve quality results.
- **Lead Steel Roller Operator**:

- Operate heavy steel rollers to compact asphalt pavement.
- Ensure even and adequate compaction of the asphalt surface.
- Inspect and maintain the roller equipment.
- Collaborate with the paving crew for optimal compaction results.
- **Shuttle Buggy Operator**:

- Operate the shuttle buggy to transport and distribute hot asphalt.
- Load and unload asphalt materials onto the shuttle buggy.
- Collaborate with the paving crew for accurate and efficient asphalt distribution.
- Inspect and maintain the shuttle buggy equipment.
- **Asphalt Foreman**:

- Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving operations.
- Assign tasks to the paving crew for timely completion.
- Monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to the specialised asphalt labour team.
- **Asphalt Supervisor**:

- Oversee and manage multiple asphalt paving sites and teams.
- Coordinate resources effectively with project managers, asphalt production, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules and productivity required and achievement on site against these.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site as required
- Ensure quality control and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Profile**

As well as having a solid understanding of asphalt install and maintenance you will require
- White card
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
- The right attitude with safety conscious mindset
- Relevant tickets/license
- 2 - 3 years experience
