Are you passionate about men's fashion and have experience in retail, especially in menswear? Join our team at Peter Jackson, a renowned men's suit store, as a Casual Retail Assistant and help our customers find the perfect suits to elevate their style.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the ideal suits and accessories for their needs.
- Maintain the store's appearance and ensure all merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range, fabric types and fitting options to guide customers effectively.
- Offer personal style advice, taking into consideration individual preferences and occasions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the Peter Jackson brand's standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail, specifically in menswear, showcasing a strong understanding of men's fashion trends and style preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the store is well-presented and visually appealing at all times.
- Availability to work on a casual basis, including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Passion for customer service and dedication to delivering a memorable shopping experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Menswear: 1 year (preferred)
