**ALL Support Plus** is currently recruiting for casual Disability Support Workers for several clients located within the Brisbane council area.

Our client's require support over various weekday shifts, with some requiring weekend support. Assistance is needed to access the community and appointments, with some also requiring assistance in and around the home with cooking and cleaning requirements.

We are looking for support worker's to start immediately, who have experience working with all types of disability, including mental health.

**Tasks may include, but are not limited to**:

- Personal care prompting,
- Attending client appointments,
- Assisting in community participation,
- Promoting a safe and positive environment when accessing the community,
- Assisting our clients to achieve both their NDIS and personal goals.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and booster.
- Current open QLD driver licence.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS worker orientation certificate.
- Blue card with yellow card exemption (NDIS worker screening/WWCC)
- Minimum of Cert III in disability or individual support, or
- A minimum of 12 months relevant industry experience working with clients with disability and mental health.
- A person-centred approach.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $76.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Worker: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid/CPR Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- QLD Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
