**Your story your way**

**About the role**

You will be:

- Providing individual support to a 6 y.o male participant with diagnosis of ADHD
- Supporting the participant with their morning (6am-8am) and evening (6pm-8pm) routine, with the *potential* for increased afternoon hours to participate in extracurricular activities
- Assisting the participant in performing hygiene tasks such as showering, dressing, oral hygiene etc.
- Conducting x2 Daily catheter changes (training can be provided)
- Working closely with the participant and their family
- Actively checking in and engaging with your team

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Qualifications e.g. disability, aged care, community services or relevant experience.
- Working with children check (highly essential)
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS worker orientation module
- Covid-19 Vaccination
- First aid & CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Valid Driver’s License & a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening
- Ability to problem solve, think creatively and find innovative solutions
