- Capture and facilitate detailing of use cases and requirements
- Plan, coordinate and manage through delivery model and cadence (ADO)
- Supplement with internal or external vendor capability
- Facilitate and support assessment of new tooling, frameworks and capability
- Maintain knowledge space for Observability documentation and training
- Maintain and broadcast Observability roadmap and technology blueprint
- Detail and disseminate Observability knowledge, skills, development guidelines and practices
- Engage with strategic partners and vendors to ensure best practice across client Observability
