**About the Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader - Contract Auditing, the core responsibilities include:

- Support Contract Co-coordinators with management of contract documentation.
- Raise contractual and/or legislative breeches with relevant Managers and Contract Co-coordinators.
- Audit the effectiveness and compliance of Service Providers systems of management for Risk Management, Occupation Health & Safety (OH&S), Quality, and Environment.
- Prepare reports from the audits for recommendations for improvement where necessary

**Position Description**: Contract Auditing and Surveillance Officer

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications with extensive experience in related fields.
- Experience in Auditing Management Systems and Field Auditing or related field
- Experience in a Local Government or other complex organisation is desirable
- Experience in report writing and presentation skills
- High level experience in MS Office products and corporate information management systems software programs
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
