Our People and Culture team is currently seeking to appoint a **Senior Partner Organisational and Leadership Development** to plan, develop, implement and evaluate organisational and leadership development programs in a highly collaborative team. You will partner with a team of organisational development practitioners, colleagues and internal clients to implement a range of initiatives aimed at improving organisational effectiveness, building leadership capability and improving the employee experience.

**About You**

You have a demonstrated ability to drive and support strategic and operational organisational development initiatives and programs. You find it rewarding to work across multiple and varied projects and have developed strong project delivery and time management skills. You also display proven experience in the development and delivery of leadership development programs and can bring with you well developed consulting, communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy delivering as part of a team as well as taking ownership of specific projects that build organisational and leadership capability.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in leadership, management or organisational psychology, organisational development, learning and development, adult education, and/or equivalent experience.
- Current NSW Driver Licence and the ability to travel overnight on some occasions.
