- Planning budget and controlling operating costs.
- Making different arrangements like Laundry, Recreational facilities and general supplies etc.
- Inspecting rooms and other areas of the hostel.
- Ensuring safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Be always organized
- Good administration and leadership skills.
- A good coordinator.
