The purpose of the role will be helping this company further it’s already strong position in the market and acquire new client’s. **About the role**

This role can be based in Sydney. Working as part of a small team, the Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new clients
Actively getting out into the market and generating leads
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products
Meeting sales budgets and periodic targets
Gathering feedback from customers and suggesting improvements
The Sales Representative will be required to attend site visits and customer premises for the purpose of meetings, marketing, quoting etc. Therefore, a large amount of the role will involve travel. A company car will be provided and the opportunity for further travel both intra and inter-state is possible.

You will be energetic in your approach, a committed and enthusiastic team player, passionate to pursue continuous learning. You must be flexible in your work approach and able to handle changing demands and priorities to meet Company and customer expectations.

**You will have**:
Background experience working in the service sales industry
A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
A proven ability to work independently

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
