Osteria Morelli is a community restaurant specialising fresh, farm to table, traditional Italian food. Situated in the heart of Lennox Head, Osteria Morelli offers a family style Italian dining experience. Weekly changing menus designed by Chef Martin Morelli are driven by the best produce available through farms and markets in the local area, using traditional Italian recipes. Wine and beverage are curated by ex Sommelier Tim Bryar and change with the same consistency as the food. Indoor and alfresco seating options are available.

The restaurant’s driving philosophy is to ‘eat local’ and ‘eat lots of carbs’, as we specialise in Fresh Handmade Pasta and Focaccia. Entrees are served family-style, shared in the middle of the table like a real Italian family, while we suggest our guests to try as much of our Pasta dishes as possible.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
Osteria Morelli is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking someone who is experienced, passionate, driven and who can lead a team.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries.
- Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly employees.
- Proper managing and reporting of all revenue and costs ensuring they are in line with the budget and/or guidelines.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are implemented and followed.
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
- A minimum of two years’ managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding customer relations

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
