This role will see you get hands on training and experience whilst obtaining a nationally recognised qualification

**In this role, you'll**:
Combine paid work with structured training, allowing you to learn a trade while working towards a nationally accredited qualification. No previous experience is required - you’ll learn everything you need to know throughout the program.

This** Civil Construction Apprenticeship** program will be based in **Singleton**, commencing in July 2024, so get ready to kick start your career with NSW’s leading Transport Agency, Transport for NSW

**About you**:
You’re a team player, with a great attitude and hold yourself accountable for doing your best in school, work, and play. You enthusiastically seek out new opportunities to learn and have a good grip on your time management and prioritisation skills.
- You are an Australian/NZ citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
- You have completed Year 10 or hold a Record of School Achievement (RoSA) or equivalent
- You are able to commence full time employment in July 2024
- You possess or are in the process of obtaining C class driver’s licence
- You have access to reliable transport to travel to the office or depot
- You are comfortable with working at heights, in confined spaces or within live traffic as required in the role
- You are aware that travel is required as part of this role
- You have proven basic computer literacy

**What’s on Offer?**
- 3-year fixed term full-time Apprenticeship
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance) through structured in person classes at TAFE
- Develop your soft skills like communication, problem solving and teamwork

**Rates of pay is dependent on age, please see below for details**:
Under 21 years of age (as at commencement date) $618.80 per week

21 years of age or over (as at commencement date) $1151.10 per week
