Campervan Conversion Technician/assitants

**Job Role**

Join our relaxed and easy going team that makes work enjoyable and interesting in a kitted out workshop environment. As a Campervan Technician/Trade assistant, you will be involved with part of a growing team that specialises in, but not limited to, pop top roof installation, cabinetry fit out and 12v electrical fit off.

You will be trained and mentored in a wide range of aspects relating to campervan conversions from upholstery to plumbing installation.

**Skills and requirements**

We are looking to take on staff with varied experience and knowledge to suit different roles. The successful applicant will require but Is not essential;
- Driving License
- Developed skills in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to perform progressive quality assurance checks and an attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- General understanding of cabinetry making and production
- Reliable and punctual
- Good housekeeping

A qualification or understanding of 12v electrics and prior experience with campervans and motor homes would be highly regarded.

**Progression**

Your pay package will reflect your knowledge, experience and production output. Training will be provided to applicants with less experience and will be taught industry standards. Pay rises will be rewarded regularly as each employee progresses and masters the skills that are required to produce a market leading campervan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
