We are looking for energetic and experienced disability support workers who take a person-centered approach when supporting people with disability.

In this role, you will be providing active support to clients within their home and their community to develop skills, independence, and friendships.

The clients at Waverly enjoy participating in a range of day-to-day activities such as swimming, shopping, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors. This is a lively, active, and very social home.

This is a deafblind service so any skills in Auslan is highly desirable to support our clients to communicate their wants and needs.

The role can be incredibly rewarding as you are an integral part of their journey towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.

**_ Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:_**

**_ Essential:_**
- **The roster includes a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and active nights. Please review the below roster to ensure you are available before applying**:

- Intermediate computer skills (ie: using Microsoft Outlook, documentation in a client management tool/CRM, Carelink +)
- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Workers Screening Check / willingness to obtain
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- Auslan skills, or a willingness to learn.

**_Highly regarded and desirable:_**
- A relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health or working towards it.
