**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Assistant Store Manager at our **Ocean Keys** store, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and support your team's development. Use your leadership skills to inspire and motivate, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

This is a **part time (30 hours per week)** role requiring availability for weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Create a safe and inclusive space for your team and customers.
- Step in as the Store Manager when needed, managing store operations.
- Manage stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, making every interaction count.
