We Seek an hard-working Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen team. This individual will paly a critical role in our back of house team. Wearing different hats throughout your shifts you will be responsible for the following.
- Prepare and portion ingredients, such as vegetables, meats, and sauces, for use by line cooks.
- Assist in setting up and organizing the kitchen before service.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
- Follow food safety protocols when handling ingredients.
- Wash, sanitise, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organised.
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping ingredients.
- Empty trash and maintain proper waste disposal practices.
