**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly talented project coordinator to join our dynamic team and provide critical project support on a range of University wide programs that deliver a positive impact in our leadership, talent, and performance programs. As a Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives that shape how the University attracts, retains and develops talent.

This role provides a fantastic chance to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to shape and support multiple projects, and to further develop your expertise in this field.

Your responsibilities will include:

- As a member of the SPI team, support delivery of a range of initiatives related to leadership and learning, performance and careers, culture, talent and capability.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of University stakeholders to coordinate projects and programs delivered through the SPI team.
- Provide high quality project coordination support through the development and implementation of project documentation, communications, stakeholder materials, and logistics coordination.

**Who we are looking for**
We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of project coordination who can effectively establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your keen attention to detail as well as your excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential for success in this role. In addition, you possess strong organizational abilities and are adaptable to working in a diverse and complex environment.

You will also have:

- Relevant qualification in HR or a related discipline, including and/or project management, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and professionalism to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to leverage knowledge from experience in working in large scale professional environments
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
