**Role Overview**: This is a full 360° recruitment role focused on developing new business relationships and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and placing nurses and support workers into permanent positions across aged care, home care, and hospital settings. We're looking for someone driven, ambitious, and ready to build their own team when the time comes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, recruit, and place nurses and support workers into permanent positions within aged care and hospital sectors.
- Drive business development by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Conduct client visits across Australia (travel fully paid).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of full-time recruitment experience in Australia’s healthcare sector, focusing on permanent placements.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,671.64 per year
