**Prospecting**
- Meeting a monthly target of setting new property appraisals for the Principal Agent

**Listing**
- Attend/Conduct market appraisals for prospective vendors with the Principal Agent
- Assist the organisation in gaining a better market share by identifying, recommending, and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies
- Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses
- Update and manage reliable and accurate records regarding property movements and industry trends
- Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits
- Endeavour to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets

**Selling**
- Attend all property open for inspections as required with the Principal Agent
- Contribute to the quarterly sales targets, in conjunction with the responsibilities set herein
- Provide regular and weekly written and oral feedback to vendors on market indicators and buyer interest as directed by the Principal Agent
- Assist at and/or manage the OFI, private inspection or auction day process to company standard, including the set-up of A-frames, flags and pointers
- Active role in managing call backs and buyer enquiry (both verbal and face to face)

**Operations**
- Maintain familiarity with all office listings and directly manage all listings on behalf of the Principal Agent. This includes regularly liaising with vendors, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils, and any other essential party such as valuers, Building/Pest inspectors or the media
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property, including preparation and execution of sales agency agreements and advertising material, in an accurate, efficient, expedient and manner, in line with real estate legislation
- Assist in the planning, preparation and distribution of any canvassing material or other marketing correspondence
- Meet Marketing teams on site and guide the various campaign elements
- Enter new buyers and potential vendors into the organisation’s CRM system. Constantly nurture and refresh the database to ensure ongoing pipeline growth and opportunity
- Assist when required in preparing and providing various sales reports
- Assist when required with any internal project undertaken
- Ensure motor vehicle is always maintained both mechanically and aesthetically including comprehensive insurance
- Ensure punctual attendance to all internal and external business commitments
- Participate in key result area and key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement
- Maintain a high professional and ethical profile, whilst performing your duties in accordance with industry and company standards
- Always maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance

**You must have**:

- Experience and track record in the real estate industry
- Experience and a good understanding of the local property market
- Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
- Relevant formal training with an ongoing commitment
- Advanced administrative skills - organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Agent Box, RPData, Campaign Track and social media
