**In this role you will**:

- Assess training needs and design and deliver training programs and resources on legal research and related topics.
- Instruct internal and external library customers in utilising library collections, systems, products and services in a geographically dispersed online environment, and provide technical support to local and remote customers
- Contribute to planning, development and review of library and information policies, procedures, systems, products and services, and document relevant processes and procedures.
- Provide high quality reference and research services.
- Help maintain library technical services functions, including acquisitions, financial subsystems, serials, interlibrary loans and cataloguing, as required.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external library customers and with external suppliers, and participate in appropriate professional activities.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
