**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are a law firm located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We are young and dynamic, we provide our clients with a complete spectrum of high-quality legal services across a wide range of specialised fields covering matters relating to corporate and commercial, immigration and family law, real property, and civil and criminal litigation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual or part-time Receptionist/Legal Secretary/Paralegal with the potential for full-time work at our esteemed firm.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and greet clients；
- Record enquiries and manage potential client’s expectations and ensure up-to-date and accurate reports are maintained;
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the client in the CRM and follow up with existing clients;
- Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development;
- Willingness to take different tasks, bringing an open mindset to ad-hoc duties as required;
- Provide general administrative assistance and clerical support to the team.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- _Fluent in _**_English and Mandarin Chinese is a MUST;_**:

- **_Law background is preferred;_**:

- Penultimate & final year Law Students are welcome to apply;
- Diploma degree obtained within Australia;
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously;
- Be able to work individually with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team;
- Strong MS Office skills.
