**Key responsibilities**:

- Follow The Speakeasy Group systems and procedures in detail.
- Maintain the venues cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Adhere to The Sanderson sequence of service, consistency and quality standards.

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Min 2yrs experience working with high quality restaurants**:

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent Wine knowledge advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for showing off skills and theatre and do gueridon (at the table) service
- Extremely self-motivated
- Tempered confidence
- Take pride in your presentation
- Ability to fill in at the Host desk and seat guests also when required

**Salary**: $30.10 - $36.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
