**About the Business Unit**

Data, Digital and Insights (DDI) focuses on meeting the departments data and digital needs by providing responsive and sustainable services focused on supporting departmental outcomes. The specialist groups within DDI consist of Technology Solutions and Evidence and Insights. Technology Solutions (TS) explores and employs modern technology to enable the department's business to function via the use of modern, appropriate platforms, products and services.

**About the Role**

The Enterprise DevOps group is responsible for the management of enterprise platforms and products within TS. This includes the Enterprise Data Lake, M365, ServiceNow, AWS platform, DevOps tooling, Web platform, Enterprise Knowledge Bus, Integration Services and Database administration services. The team's remit is to sustainably manage these enterprise platforms through their software development lifecycle using modern DevOps methods.

The Operations Manager, DevOps group, works closely with the Head of DevOps as the line-manager for several teams supporting sustainable service delivery to both business units and citizens.

**About you**
- 4+ years managing development and/or operations teams within a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering to one or more of the following strategies: Cloud First, Business Development, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Technology.
- Experience managing business stakeholder communications and expectations through multiple levels within the enterprise and aligning service delivery needs to customers.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualifications are highly desirable.
- AWS or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
- Scrum Master or SAFe certifications are highly desirable.
- Appropriate vocation qualifications and certifications, e.g. Project Management, Agile, Software, Platforms, Cloud, Service Management or Change Management, are highly desirable.

Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

Acceptable evidence includes:

- COVID-19 digital certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
