**About The Role**:
Silk Laundry's growing expansion and success within our Wholesale Avenue requires our team to expand and seek a Wholesale Administration / Logistics Assistant. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our Wholesale department and Brand Representatives worldwide, ensuring seamless end-to-end management and service for our Silk Laundry Partners.

**A day in the life of**:

- Assisting the Wholesale Managers with Data Entry, CRM reporting.
- Assisting the Finance Department with accounts management.
- Assisting with scheduling, showing appointments and logistics.
- Assisting with processing, dispatching, and delivery of wholesale orders.
- Processing Sales Orders in Netsuite
- Processing Order Confirmations with B2B platforms.
- Processing RA’s and Credit Notes
- Liaising with international and local wholesale partners on any queries/issues
- Assisting with the Marketing Team with deliverables.
- Conducting Market Research and Competitor Analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the wholesale market.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of promotional strategies and sales campaigns to drive wholesale growth.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock allocations.
- providing training and support to Silk Laundry Partners on product, procedures and policies.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Administration and Logistics.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively interact with teams and external partners.
- Working well within a team environment
- Experience with B2b platforms, Ideally Netsuite and Joor.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- A can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills with the initiative to resolve issues
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Flexibility to work longer hours during peak sell seasons and/or across time zones.
