**Who are we?** Parkerville Steiner College is a campus of the highly successful Perth Waldorf School in Bibra Lake. We have been delivering quality Steiner education since 1983. In 2024, PSC will have a cohort of Year 7, 8 and 9 students, and we expect to add another year level each year until we offer Years 7 - 12 in 2027. The campus adjoins a very successful Steiner K - 6 school with approximately 240 children.
**Who is needed?** Our K - 12 campus in Bibra Lake is thriving, and we are looking for a dynamic teacher to be part of the growth of our new campus in the Perth Hills at Parkerville Steiner College. We are seeking a dynamic, creative teacher. This would be someone who knows that their philosophy towards education isn’t aligned with where they are teaching, and they want to enter into a deep relational approach to education where they can authentically teach what is needed by the students before them without having to teach a disconnected curriculum. You’ve got to love science and maths and can’t wait to unfold what you know in a creative and engaging way. Your success will be measured by how you engage and develop the student’s interest.
**Who will you teach?** This is the best news. The students have been educated since playgroup to express themselves creatively and with reverence for learning. You will be able to develop a relationship with them and you will be appreciated when you demonstrate your passion and engagement. Behavioural issues are minor and most of your time will be spent teaching, rather than managing behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with genuinely good people and be part of a nurturing and student-centered environment where you can teach a holistic, creative and structured curriculum to meet the needs of young people. You must have a passion for education plus an interest in understanding Steiner’s pedagogy and philosophy. This is essential. We will work hard to support you so that you can deliver the Steiner curriculum with knowledge, wisdom and skill.

Applicants must be registered teachers with TRBWA and must have a valid Working with Children Check or a willingness to apply. Applicants must have Australian residency or possession of a valid visa with work entitlement in Australia.
