About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at HeyTea. Based at our Top Ryde store, You will take ownership of store operations, developing and training team members and support the growth of our stores.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a fast food or beverage industry
- Experience as a team leader
- A passion for delivering high quality and standards of products, and customer service.
- Mandarin Speaking is preferred.
- Generous Bonus and KPI Scheme for Store Managers
- Salary above Market Level

**Role & Responsibilities**

**Staff Management**
- Oversee training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Develop and manage weekly staff rosters.
- Track and maintain employee attendance.
- Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide ongoing training and updates on new processes, products, and policies.
- Foster open communication, focusing on motivation and teamwork.
- Conduct periodic reviews of staff performance
- Drive profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee inventory control and order placement.
- Assist in training franchisee staff.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
