**What you’ll do**:
Working in the Clean Fuels team as Manager in Hydrogen & Clean Fuels Development, you have a key role in developing opportunities and driving plans to maximise success in potential ventures and solutions for ATCO and our customers.
- Identify and develop opportunities within the hydrogen and clean fuels segments as appropriate.
- Key relationship / customer management responsibility for specific hydrogen targeted projects.
- Develop key customer engagement plans.
- Support building and championing opportunity pipeline.
- Lead commercial aspects of development projects as they transition through the development cycle.
- Lead activities and make recommendations related to the assessment, functional evaluation, and negotiations of key customer and/or partner relationships.
- Support/Lead, as the case may be, internal executive engagement and approval processes, including the development of business cases, slide decks, and other progress and approval documents.
- Work with internal cross-functional, including engineering, regulatory, financing, analytics, tax, etc., to advance, optimize and de-risk projects.
- Provide client specific input / support for business planning / forecasting activities.
- Support and participate in all business or corporate client activities.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce.
- Ability to bring a client centric approach, passionate about understanding the needs of the customer and how ATCO can best bring value supporting those needs.
- Must be motivated by the continued success of the company and should possess the ability to build shareholder value in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for establishing relationships with business partners and collaborators.
- Strong technical and analytical skills as it relates to developing, customer engagement, and completing projects in the renewables, hydrogen, and other energy sectors.
- Good understanding of the energy producer market or energy producer infrastructure needs.
- Proven execution abilities in a dedicated work environment
- Strong commercial and financial competence, expertise with contracts.
- Standout colleague with strong leadership skills.
- An understanding of the Australian energy market, hydrogen and clean fuel potential use cases, including the transportation, heavy haulage, rail, industrial use and mining sectors, and the competitive landscape is considered an asset.
