**The Client**
Our client is a global property owner and one of the world's leading investment firms. Due to internal promotion, they are looking for an analyst to join their high-performing team.

**The Role**
The primary focus of this role will be to provide all facets of analysis and asset management reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with general asset management
- Maintain portfolio databases i.e. tenancy schedules
- Monitor external property managers
- Assist in the process of Internal and External valuations
- Asset management reporting across the portfolio
- prepare budgets and financial modeling of assets
- Assist with cash flows
- Appropriate tertiary qualification
- Have some experience in either property, finance, banking or similar
- Possess a high financial aptitude and commercial acumen
- Must have sound experience using Excel and Microsoft suite
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
