The Melbourne Clinic based in Richmond, Victoria is Australia’s largest private mental health service, providing a range of services including inpatient and day programs and an outreach program that are tailored to meet the needs of people with a range of mental health conditions.

Programs include:

- Living Well Program (General Inpatient Program)
- Emotion Management Program
- Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Program
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Program
- Young Adults Emotion Management Program
- Dual Diagnosis Program (DDP)
- Professorial Mood Disorders Unit (associated with The University of Melbourne)
- Older Persons’ Psychiatry
- Eating Disorders Program
- Drug and Alcohol Detoxification and Rehabilitation Program
- Intensive Psychiatric Care Program
- Community Outreach Program to support people in the community
- A wide range of Day Programs are also available to support people in the community.

The Melbourne clinic are searching for suitably qualified allied health and nursing clinicians to facilitate groups within our inpatient and outpatient therapy programs.

**As a Mental Health Clinician at The Melbourne Clinic your responsibilities will include**:

- To facilitate groups as required
- To provide services of an individual sessions to inpatients (relevant to discipline) as required within programs
- To assist the program coordinators with the assessment of patients referred to programs for suitability
- To work closely with the multidisciplinary team in the care planning and management of participants at The Melbourne Clinic
- To participate in the development and review of programs as necessary
- Participate in the development and evaluation of policies and programs as appropriate.

**To be successful in this role you should possess**:

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Nursing
- Appropriate Registration with AHPRA under the National Law Act 2009 or relevant professional bodies
- Training and experience working within Therapeutic Frameworks for Mental Health Diagnosis
- Experience in facilitation of therapeutic groups
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
