You will be an integral part of the team that delivers quality out-comes for our clients who range from mid-tier to multinational companies in the FMCG sector servicing the commercial and retail sector of the food and beverage industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to priority refrigeration and HVAC service calls for diverse commercial clients.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and refrigeration issues.
- Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of various refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct warranty calls and provide detailed reports.
- Manage and update preventative maintenance asset lists.
- Perform equipment calibration and safety testing.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration (UEE32211)
- Full ARCtic License
- Restricted Electrical License
- Experience in Supermarket refrigeration (highly desirable)
- Valid Manual Driver's License (or ability to obtain, quickly)
- **Ability to work on a rotating on-call roster (6-month blocks)**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
